Sana Vita

Wellness Spa

Whole-body Electric Cryotherapy

The Electric Cryotherapy chamber is a fully enclosed, electrical booth that lowers the temperature inside to around -150F exposing the individual to the cold atmosphere for around 2 to 3 minutes. The freezing temperature causes blood vessels to constrict, engaging vasoconstriction and activating the central nervous system. The goal is to achieve a 30 to 40 degree drop in skin temperature quickly enough to stimulate the body’s fight/flight response without causing any damage to tissue. No other treatment can duplicate these results without a high risk of injury.

HaloIR

The HaloIR is the first sauna to combine halotherapy and innovative far infrared therapy to strengthen respiratory health and encourage detoxification.

Halotherapy is an exposure to kinetically activated dry salt where the micro sized particles are being inhaled while the large salt particles are spread on the top of the skin. Dry pure grade sodium chloride is ground into very tiny micro-particles in a special machine called a Halogenerator. Infrared ray heat causes the release of gaseous nitric oxide that improves the natural flow of blood into the area, causing nutrients and oxygen to flood the area, relieving pain and heeling injured soft tissues.

The HALO IR is the ultimate wellness experience. It engages all 5 senses for a truly transformative experience. TASTE the salty air, SMELL the essential oil, FEEL the warmth of the infrared heat as it envelops your body, HEAR the soothing voice of professional guided meditation, and SEE the changing lights of the medical grade chromatherapy light waves. You can even have the option of adding the redlight tower to your session for no extra cost.

You can book single sessions or use the HALO with a friend, family member or a significant other. Single and double packages and monthly memberships are available so you can start enjoying the benefits of this innovative treatment!

The DRIP Parlor

Our Drip Parlor offers intravenous (IV) vitamin, hydration and medication treatments for both preventative and reparative care. These treatments have been used in hospital and traditional medical settings for decades, but now they are being brought into spas and wellness centers as optional treatments for those who want a more modern way to take control of their health.

Intravenous (IV) therapy is a way of administering fluids directly into a vein. The procedure enables water, medication, blood, or nutrients to access the body faster through the circulatory system. By delivering fluids and vitamins directly to your bloodstream, you’re able to almost immediately absorb 100% of these nutrients and take larger quantities of them.

Vitamin injections contain key nutrients and minerals that your body needs to help prevent or reverse a deficiency. Vitamin injections may help support your health in many ways.

See our DRIP menu for your options!

Oxygen Bar

Oxygen bars offer a healthier dosage of oxygen than the air in our modern-day environment.  Breathing air contains around 21% oxygen, but an oxygen bar uses a system to deliver concentrated oxygen at a rate of up to 95%  by filtering out the atmospheric gases that are an unnecessary part of room air. Oxygen bars combine essential oils with the pure oxygen that customers inhale a disposable nasal cannula. The combination of aromatherapy and oxygen creates clarity and focus while promoting tranquility, cheer and harmony.

Normatec is a pneumatic compression system, which means it inflates with air to tighten around your arms, legs or hips (like a giant blood pressure cuff). Much like a pair of compression socks or leggings, the system is designed to improve your circulation and therefore help your body recover faster from any kind of intense exercise.

Red Light Therapy Bed

The Merican Red Light Therapy Bed M4 is the perfect solution for those who want to experience the benefits of red light therapy. This innovative approach to health and well-being has been gaining momentum in the medical and beauty industries due to it’s non-invasive nature and scientifically-backed benefits.  Red light therapy utilizes low-level red LED lights to stimulate cellular processes within the skin and body.

By harnessing the power of specific light wavelengths, this therapy can invoke the body’s natural healing mechanisms. This leads to a multitude of benefits such as enhanced collagen production, improved blood circulation, and a boost in mood and energy levels.
